In order to improve the performance of high precision tilt sensor, especially the temperature stability, Zhichuan R & D personnel, through sustained efforts, researched ZCT2XXX-LXS-A Series with temperature compensation.This technology greatly reduces the temperature influence to the tilt sensor zero and help tilt sensor can be used in high temperature stability applications filed and make this series to meet customers’ demand better.Zero temperature drift greatly influence the tilt sensor’s accuracy. If a tilt sensor has no temperature compensation, whose temperature drift is about 0.5 degree and maximum up to 0.86 degree. But by temperature compensation, the temperature drift will be between 0.01 degree and 0.15 degree. (Note: The above indicators are tested in the -40 ~ 85 degrees Celsius range).From the improvement of indicators, this technology has great effect on product’s quality.Although secondary temperature compensation will increase the production cycle and cost, it can improve tilt sensor’s indicators. It is valuable to occupation of a specific target market customers ,also better able to meet customers’ high requirement for temperature drift.
